Welcome to the Irish Society's new website. At our May meeting, Rita O'Hare spoke to the group to give us an update on the issues in Northern Ireland as well as events planned to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Hunger Strike. Scholarship Applications
This year's theme for the scholarship essay is "The Impact the Hunger Strikers had on Irish Peace Talks." For the application and instructions, please go to the scholarship page under "About Us." All essays and applications are due no later than November 1, 2011.
